OTWO PHASE 2
The OTWO Hotel was developed by Vardophase in 2019. Phase 2 of the project involves expanding the existing hotel, incorporating three levels of underground basements, a commercial and reception area featuring three retail stores, and a dedicated hotel reception. The expansion also includes a four-storey building comprising 67 hotel suites.
AMARI RESIDENCE
Amari Residence is an exclusive sectional title complex under construction in Pomona, Kempton Park. Strategically positioned, it offers convenient access to O.R. Tambo International Airport, Brentwood Shopping Centre, local parks, schools, and Emperors Palace. The development comprises 66 units, complemented by a swimming pool and an entertainment area. Construction is progressing, with completion anticipated by December 2025.
ONE HYDE PARK
